OneNet has a unique software partner programme focused on software vendors and solution providers that want to offer their software online. As a OneNet software partner, you continue to enjoy the direct relationship with your clients that you have today. We will help you to:

  • deliver your applications online
  • expand the market for your products and services
  • provide reliable infrastructure to your clients
  • focus on your core business – developing and delivering software solutions
  • certify your applications for delivery through OneNet's On-Demand Computing Services

How does it work?

OneNet will generally establish an account with your client and invoice them directly each month for access to your applications. OneNet will assign a username and password to that client. This may either be on a monthly basis or on a fixed term agreement for 1, 2 or 3 years.

Support is available from our Help Desk (8 x 5) to assist users with accessing your application. Extended support and insurance for Errors and Omissions can be provided on request. Application down-time longer 1.5% of service availability that is directly attributable to the OneNet Data Centre rather than communication lines or application issues will result in a user credit.

How to become an Accredited OneNet Software Partner

OneNet will assign you a username and password for the software vendor vault once you have completed the contact form or have spoken with our technical or marketing team. Once you have registered, you will have direct access to software certification documents, marketing collateral and service specifications. When the accreditation programme is complete, we will post your logo on our website and refer all sales leads to yourself or your accredited reseller(s).

Certify your applications for delivery through OneNet's On-Demand Computing Services

The certification programme at OneNet is fast, easy and affordable. Contact us by phone or email for a password to access the Testing Vault. Here you will find a project documentation, account billing schedules and standard agreements for OneNet's Software Partners. The certification process generally takes three to four weeks and costs approximately $3,000 to $3,500. Your application will then be running on IBM Blade Servers across a Terminal Services or Citrix environment.
