Deena Davies, Finance Manager

Deena joined OneNet in 2014 after completing extensive enterprise accounting experience from her overseas engagements in London and Vancouver.

Deena is responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable performance of OneNet’s accounting and finance function.

Deena holds a BCom degree in finance and marketing.



Roman Paljk, 
General Manager

Roman Paljk joined OneNet in 2001 as a Relationship Manager.  Roman is the General Manager of OneNet, responsible for the selection of new OneNet services, ensuring that high quality service delivery standards are maintained, identifying new market segments and opportunities, managing key service provider relationships and shaping the technical and marketing direction of OneNet.  Roman is also responsible for a number of multinational corporate clients and key reseller business partners.

Roman has a background in systems integration, sales account management and providing solutions for large scale, complex hardware and software implementations.  Roman holds a BA degree in history and a postgraduate diploma in business communications.  Roman also completed the Key Executives programme at the Harvard Business School.



Tony Weston, Chief Technology Officer

Tony joined OneNet in 2000 as a senior systems engineer and has provided a high level of cloud computer engineering, consulting and implementation services to the company’s clients since that time.

In 2003, Tony was appointed as Chief Technology Officer of OneNet.  This position bears the responsibility of ensuring that the reliability of the technical infrastructure, the efficiency of the security controls and the overall system performance of OneNet’s data centres meet the highest industry standards.

Tony holds a BE (Hons) degree in electrical engineering, is a Chartered Information Technology Professional, as well as holding many industry vendor professional qualifications.

Dr Michael Snowden and Paulette Snowden have founded three successful entrepreneurial IT companies during the past thirty-five years.

The companies comprise Financial Systems Limited, a systems integrator, The Great Elk Company Limited, a global software company specialising in customer relationship management software for multinationals and OneNet Limited, a New Zealand pioneer and market leader in cloud computing.



Michael is a Chartered Accountant and completed BA, MCom and PhD degrees at the University of Auckland, and lectured part-time for several years in the Business School.

Michael also completed the Owner/President Programme at the Harvard Business School and is the author of the “The CEO’s Guide to Cloud Computing”.

Paulette has a background in radio, television and advertising.  Paulette also completed the Key Executives programme and the Marketing New Innovations programme at the Harvard Business School.
