Sam van der Kolk, Service Desk Analyst

Background
Recent software engineering graduate, with a Bachelor of Information Sciences, from Massey University.

My Role
As a OneNet Service Desk Analyst I provision new clients and manage support requests. This could be anything from setting up a mailbox to creating a new virtual machine.

The difference I’d like to make at OneNet
As a recent new employee at OneNet, the biggest difference I’d like to make is with myself – by developing a solid set of technical skills. It immediately became apparent that OneNet has a great team culture and that to make a valuable contribution to this, a solid understanding of technical principals will be required.

Jing Ecclestone, Billing Accountant

Background
I have been working in a variety of accounting roles for more than 10 years. I am a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA). My previous role was as an Accountant in a multinational company which is one of the market leaders in the telecommunication industry.

My role
At OneNet I am focused on the billing twice a month, and assisting with the development of Profitability Analysis software.

The difference I’d like to make at OneNet
I would like to utilise the knowledge I’ve learnt from my previous roles to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process. I firmly believe that the Profitability Analysis software will be a powerful tool to help the business grow. I will work with Mike Hoskins to make this happen.

Stephen Andrew, Business Development Manager

Background
I have over 20 years experience in the corporate space as an Enterprise Account Manager with experience in Integration, Infrastructure, CRM, Business Intelligence and HRIS and Payroll at companies such as Oracle, Tibco and IntegrationWorks.

My role
At OneNet I am focused on acquiring new clients and in turn creating and sustaining demonstrable value for those clients.

The difference I’d like to make at OneNet
Having previously worked with Michael and Paulette Snowden at Financial Systems Limited, it’s great to be back with OneNet with its commitment to client partnerships and providing solutions that help our clients achieve significantly better business outcomes. I have a strong focus on leveraging 21st Century tools to improve visibility, efficiency and management of teams to drive success and I would like my contribution in all aspects of client engagement to make a measurable difference.
