Covid-19 Level 3 Service Desk Update

The New Zealand Governments Covid-19 alert has now been lowered to Level 3. To conform to the strict Level 3 guidelines we ask that any clients whose work can be performed remotely is done so. We ask that any work that requires onsite support be delayed until Level 2.


OneNet's service desk remains operational as the majority of our team continues to work remotely. For all general service enquiries, we ask that you use support@onenet.co.nz as a first point-of-contact. Any urgent enquiries should be directed towards 0800 66 36 38 (OneNet).


Ensuring our staff and communities wellbeing is our highest priority and, as such, the majority of our staff continue to work remotely.
