Covid-19 Service Desk Update

Due to the New Zealand Governments Covid-19 alert being raised to Level 4, OneNet is suspending all onsite work. Any clients whose onsite work can be performed remotely will be provided with this option. 

OneNet's service desk remains operational. However, our phone networks are experiencing an unprecedented volume of calls. Unless your enquiry is urgent we ask that you please email the service desk at support@onenet.co.nz over the coming days.

Ensuring our staff and communities wellbeing is our highest priority. All staff are now working remotely and we foresee no additional interruption to service beyond that which has been outlined above.
